Good stay
Great stay! We stayed for a week for business. Only 2 things that were bothersome. The only choice was bold coffee, - caffeinated & decaf, we cant drink coffee that strong. We had to go elsewhere for coffee. Also, for those that stay for a week - the breakfast was same daily - gets old quick so we ate out for breakfast most of trip. House cleaning did great - came in daily for straightening bed, trash removal & clean towels. Room was very quiet. No other issues.

We had come for a funeral. We were charged $35 extra for check in early at noon. My daughter-in-laws room was given away but she didn't get charged the extra amount when they gave her a new room. Her sheets were dirty and ours had stains.

Horrible experience
Front desk told me I could check in early on the phone, when I arrived they told me that I had to pay an additional early check in fee. Then proceeded to tell me that they accidentally gave away my room. When they finally found my family a room (smaller than the one I originally booked) the sheets were dirty & the room had a strong odor. Horrible experience!
