I don’t even know where to start….

The only thing I can say positive, which is quite a big thing for this hotel was the restaurant and the food was glorious. But for some reason in the restaurant, excited to put some sort of arty DJ that was just putting on sounds of a building site at volume 12 at 7 pm. We were told it was advertised on Facebook, but obviously we booked through Hotels.com and I rang them and nothing was said…. So we had to eat her amazing food with the sound of a panic attack in the background. Also, there was a used condom in our room. I have booked the hotel to have surgery at the private hospital across the road which I told them when I made the booking, so it was really nice to know that the room had been cleaned well before we stayed. No, I am trying to get a refund.
