Exceptional 10.0
Old World Charm
The hotel is in a wonderful area of London, an area of restaurants and shops for various tastes. It is a block from The British Museum and a few blocks from an Underground station. It is an elegant hotel with impeccable service and old world charm. The room was well equipped and very comfortable. The interior was quiet, though the hotel is on a busy street, and our room faced the street. I needed to use ear plugs at night. Next time we will get a room facing the other way. Also, no elevator, and we were on the third floor. Even with these caveats, we loved this hotel.

A wonderful hotel!
Traveling for work. The staff was super attentive and made the entire stay even better. They were professional and went the extra mile to make sure that me and my team were always taken care of. The rooms were quaint and had everything that we needed. The location was great and was close to where we needed to be and also easy to get to other areas and the breakfast was great and the bar was awesome. I stayed in London an extra night to see the sights, etc. and loved the hotel so much that I decided to book my free day/night there!

Hidden Gem in a great location
Excellent Boutique option in Central London. Very low key from the outside and beautifuly appointed inside. Small but perfect! I felt very welcome and safe as a solo female traveller. Carrying bags up to the room and providing a nicely stocked complementary mini bar in addition to the usual "small luxury" amenities such as a Nespresso machine, nice toiletries and a bathrobe made it a place I will both recommend and go back to without hesitation. With a great breakfast thrown in, made for excellent value for money in London terms. Definitely top of my list for future London stays! Next time I hope I have more time to enjoy the homely bar and that the weather is good enough for some chill out time on the terrace!

Nice small hotel. Only down side is no elevator and lots of stairs to some of the rooms.
