The main problem with this hotel is that it is NOT soundproofed. Airport hotels should be completely soundproofed as we are here to sleep before or after a flight. I can hear people whispering in the corridor, so when they talk loudly at 2am they wake me up. I can hear the TVs on in other rooms and all the rest. If you plan to stay here, you need earplugs. TV Channels in English are horrible (too few and too awful). This is the reason why I cannot give it a higher rating. The room is very clean. The chair is cheap plastic; all furniture is cheap except for the mattress which is very new and comfortable. The room is very clean, which I appreciate. The staff were all very nice, from reception to the cleaning personnel. But in a hotel we need to sleep, so you need to fix your door soundproofing at the very least.

Convenient to metro and airport with restaurants a 5-10 minute walk away. Exceptional support from staff - we were able to store some items in a locker here for over a week while traveling between stays. The rooms are large, include a small balcony, and provide a great place to begin or end a stay in Porto if you are flying through the airport there. They even offer breakfast starting at 4 a.m. for early flights.
