Tired old wing of the hotel
Have stayed at this hotel many times but always in the Tower. The "pool" rooms are sad and run down. Must remember NEVER to stay there again!

Great service! Average room.
From check-in to check-out the staff was courteous and helpful in making our weekend enjoyable. We were offered a room on the first floor but I asked for something on a higher floor which resulted in a complimentary upgrade to a “premium” room. I appreciated the kind gesture but was a little disappointed upon entering the room as it seemed standard to me. There were a lot of families with children staying for what appeared to be a hockey tournament. That made the lobby and pool area very busy but staying on the 10th floor kept us away from most of the noise. What was once the parking lot in front of the hotel is now the site for a new high rise building. The parking lot is now behind the building which would have been more difficult to access, but I was pleasantly surprised that they valet parked our vehicle for no extra charge beyond the daily parking rate. The restaurant staff was also very pleasant and it was nice to have a late night option for food in the hotel. Overall, my wife and I were pleased with our stay and would recommend Delta to friends and family.

We stayed at this hotel last year and for the price it was ok. We decided to give it another try. We had to make 5 requests to finally get a fridge for breastmilk and meds, the room was filthy, the pool was cold, the lifeguard had no clue what was going on. It was totally not worth the price. The windows were absolutely filthy, we were so embarrassed to tel people where we were staying because it looked so filthy. And you could see the gross windows while riding in the elevator. Yuck! Never again.
