Nice hotel but could use a few small modifications
We were unsure of the location of the hotel as it is in a commercial construction area and appearance from outside as it appeared older and run down. We were pleasantly surprised by how beautiful the hotel is inside. All employees we came across were friendly and inviting with top notch service. Having to pay the extra parking fee per day is a little upsetting but as long as you read the hotel information you should be aware of the charge. The pool area was well kept and the kids loves the water slide, unfortunately the pool was FREEZING and the littlest of our bunch was upset that it was just too cold for him to play in. We were aware of the double beds in the room but had forgotten how small they really were, unfortunately with our growing family we may need to consider a different location for our next trip with more sleeping space without needing a second room. All in all would recommended.

Exceptional 10.0
Very nice hotel. But have to pay for parking
Overall I felt it was a very nice hotel. It had a very nice indoor pool area which always seemed to be active with the kids. I felt all of the staff was very polite and professional. The room was clean and quiet. If I had to find something to complain about, it would be that I'm not a fan of having to pay for parking. Just add it to the price of the room and don't charge me. I feel like it's trying to be sneaking by offering one price online, but then you have to pay additional once you're there. Other than that, a great stay.

Good 6.0
The hotel is very far away from anything so make sure you rent a car. Nothing within walking distance. The condition of the rooms were not the greatest. The beds were not comfortable and the pillows were like sleeping on rocks. Guest services were very helpful, but I will not be staying here again.
