About Empire Palace Hotel, Rome

Elegant hotel and restaurant close to Via Veneto

Italian gem
The historic Empire Palace Hotel places you in an ideal spot for exploring Rome. Via Veneto's cafés and upmarket shops are a few blocks away, while sights such as the Spanish Steps and the Trevi Fountain are less than a 20-minute stroll.

Quiet and connected
You'll be on a quiet street, with a wide selection of restaurants to try out. Want to venture further afield? You're a 10-minute walk from Termini Station, from which you can easily get to major attractions such as Vatican City.

Grand legacy
Previously the townhouse of a noble family, this stylish hotel retains some original features – such as the stable, now a bar. More-modern touches include a 24-hour fitness center and meeting rooms with impressive views. Guests recommend the excellent free breakfast.

Classic yet modern
Roman opulence is the theme of the guestroom decor. Fitting details, such as cherry wood furniture and 19th century-inspired fabrics, are given a modern spin by the hotel's amenities, including free WiFi and satellite TV.

2 night stay post cruise.
Beds were extremely hard and we had to ask for feather pillows as ones provided were as hard as the bed. Continental breakfast very good and all staff hospitable.

Good stay near the Centro
Our stay was good. Professional service. Very responsive to questions and problems.excellent bar and bar service. Close enough to walk to the main sites in the Centro. Room was clean. Beds were OK. Suite is a little generous for what it actuaĺly was. It's not in the action. It's a bit of a walk to find the tourist action. More of a business hotel I think. Depends what you like. Had some challenges getting things to the A/C and the TV. But I have to say that they worked very hard to fix things quickly.
