Very Good
Good hotel and a great staff!!
The hotel is up to date and quite attractive inside. The rooms are modern and clean. Service is excellent. I was contacted twice during my stay to make sure I was comfortable, and I had a room change as a result. My only complaint concerned the bed sizes which seems common in other Valencia hotels as well. The first room had two beds that are slightly smaller than doubles but a bit bigger than a single. As a troubled sleeper, I toss and turn at night which could not occur in those beds. They moved me to a room with king size bed which took care of the problem. I glanced in many rooms and most had the smaller beds. The rooms are good size so a better mix of beds might be worth investigating. But I would go back and endure a small bed thanks to the kindness of the lovely hotel staff.

Valencia Palace -- Amazing for the price!
Desk staff were extremely helpful with directions and suggestions, got us some reservations for a few events. We loved the beautiful lobby, our spacious room, and the breakfast included--especially having the chef cook us eggs each morning!

Great Location Beautiful City
We were in Valencia for business which happens to be all about fireworks. We were there for Fallas which is an incredible celebration that everyone should witness sometime in their life. We chose the SH Valencia Palace because of its close proximity to all we wanted to see.

Wifi was not working in the room at all. Spa, Pool and Fitness which are prominently advertized were all closed for renovation up to 2017. Do not appreciate to read promises not kept..
