    A very basic experience...

Paid an awful lot for the brand name... The building is really neat, the room was very basic. Many better rooms in other places at much better prices. There was an extra charge for wifi, unless you were a Bonvoy member... so did that.

The Kimpton properties are not holding up as they should. We stayed at 2 of your hotels; one in Philly and 1 in New York.. It is like covid is an excuse not to try hard. Other hotels are stepping up. The valet lost our car keys and it was 3 and a 1/2 hours before they found the key. Ridiculous! No one checked on us or gave an update, and we were certa8nly not the only guests who were upset. Bottom line: Get it together. Clean up your act. Behave like the Kimpton name implies!

The room’s air conditioner wasn’t functioning properly which resulted in hot and humid conditions in the room during a heat wave. No opportunity to change room or have serviced when we checked in late. Very disappointing.

Hotel was fine but service at the restaurant was terrible. The food we ordered took around 80 minutes to arrive, and when I asked the server for updates, all I got was a mouthful of attitude and a thinly veiled threat to cancel my order. Awful service for the price we were paying.

Birthday Trip at an OVERPRICED HOTEL!!!

The valet service was HORRIBLE. It required that you call 20 minutes ahead to ensure that your vehicle MIGHT be retrieved in a timely manner. Furthermore, one of the drivers was involved in an accident while moving a vehicle and did not immediately return to the hotel which then required the police to be called to the scene. The hotel was totally overpriced. Microwave and mini refrigerator were absent in the room. More overpriced items were left in the room to purchase, ie., granola bars at $8 each. It was pretty deflating to have such minimal items for a mega price.
