Not Centrally located, perfectly located. LUXE
The service was top notch. On par with some of the top resorts in the world. The property was exceptionally well kept. Some rooms have been newly renovated. I’m guessing that the room I stayed in was one of those. It had a very strong unpleasant smell. I couldn’t bring myself to complain as I was ill and they had already made such amazing accommodations to make me comfortable. The breakfast is a MUST. I advise anyone staying at this property to pay up for the breakfast. The location seems out of the way from all of the attractions but Ubers were $5-10 usd. So well worth the tranquility and beauty of the property. Luxe at it’s best.

Excellent Hotel
Everything was great. Only thing amiss was the in-house gym was not available (alternate was). Great breakfasts, room, lobby and exterior. Concierges were extremely helpful.

5 start comfort hotel with 1 Star service
5 mistakes in less then 24 hours, when I sat with Eduardo the general manager, he simply just offered me these words “mistakes happen”. 1. We carried our bags to our room. Normal procedure they will carry your bags and greet you with a glass of champagne and fruit. 2. At breakfast, I was stopped by the servers and told that my credit was no good. My wallet was in the room cause I was staying there, so basically I was held hostage until they could confirm that not only did they have my credit card on file but that my breakfast was Included. Embarrassing 3. Showed up to our tee time that the hotel assured at 8 A.M. but yet the course didn’t even open until 8:30 A.M. best part Eduardo (GM) tried saying that our tee time was at 8:00. If that’s the case, why were we given a letter to give to the starter that stated we are staying at the hotel and have a 8:00 A.M. tee time? 4. After changing all our plans to end our trip here so we could play golf, the hotel assured us that they had left handed clubs to rent. Being an avid golfer, it’s not guaranteed so we asked the hotel to check again, again assured us no problem. Showed up and no clubs. 5. Spoke with Marinella the front of house manager and she told me to have Expedia (hotels.com) reach out and she would credit us back our money. Did that and she denied it all to Expedia and made up a story about having more people in my room then I booked which was completely made up and not true.
