Great Value
I had requested a handicapped room with a roll in shower on the first floor. I even called a few days prior to make sure I got those accommodations. Being skeptical, I called again on the day of my arrival. Sure enough, they had given my room to someone else. But, the desk clerk was very apologetic and ended up upgrading us to a two-bedroom suite at no additional charge! I was delighted, as there were three of us traveling together. The accommodations were very nice. Two baths and a full kitchen. (No ice trays, though). Generous in-room condiments. Three TVs. The beds were comfortable. Full breakfast. If I had any other complaint, it would be the traffic noise. But, it is uptown Dallas, after all. I would definitely stay here again. It was a great value for the money.

Horrible and Gross
This hotel was so nasty and smelled like weed and had roaches and bed bugs!!! My son had to have surgery and found this place close to the hospital and reviews and pictures looked good, told the front office about the issues and all they said is oh you should have told us then! Was not going to wake my special needs child up at 3 in the morning to move rooms and he wake up pissed because he can’t eat til after surgery. Will never stay here ever again!
