There was no signage on the property. After walking to the gate there was a small sign to check in down the street. There was parking although limited. The room itself was large with high ceilings in an old home. Breakfast was across the street. the location was one block from the street car stop.

I was not told i had to register at another location and i had to get another cab with another fare to register about 2 blocks away. The hotel was great although not worth just under 200 bucks...

LATCH KEY HOTEL- no one on property to assist you.
The property is a "latch key" property. The registration is about a block away. which I did not know. Found a parking space about 3 blocks from hotel address- unloaded luggage and walked to address. Sign said go to this address to register. Walked back to car re loaded luggage map quested address. Went to address registered. I was running late for a play I came to NOLA to see. So I Ubered it to the play. After Play went to dinner- then Ubered it back to my car. Got to my car, went to the designated parking for the property, unloaded luggage- trekked to hotel property and my magnetic key card didn't work. Called hotel- they said I had to come back and reenergize my card. Went back to car - reloaded luggage- trekked to hotel registration- got card reenergized. By now I am really not happy. So got my luggage Again went to property and my magnetic card still did not work. I called the registration- they told me I would have to come back and get another key card... Guess what- I loaded my luggage and drove 4 hours home. NEVER EVER AGAIN. I will ask to refund my room stay. I have no idea as to room comfort-property condition - because I never got into the property or room.
