The unit was very nice - nice decor, comfy bed, and plenty of space for a few days. The full kitchen came in handy. I had a corner unit on the fifth floor with a nice view of the CWE and lots of natural light. Not sure if I would stay there in the summer as there is no central AC (the window unit did fine but temps were in the 60s/70s when I was there). It's a little loud outside so bring earplugs or turn on the provided noise machine! Lots of late night/early morning deliveries and emergency vehicles going to the nearby hospital regularly. The elevator was broken, so I had to heft my bags up five flights of stairs (not ideal but ok since I didn't bring much). Overall it's a great value for the area, but if it was super hot outside or I had to stay a long time I might opt for somewhere with a functional elevator and central AC.

Overpriced as for the condition of the apartment: old and not well maintained, rough walls. Bathroom very tiny and in a terrible, old condition. The "vanity"/sink not draining water well. No cleaning service or change of towels (2 towels available in the bathroom) for 3 days. No parking available. The guests need to "hunt" for a metered parking spot in a very busy and not safe neighborhood, which is a nightmare on Saturday nights.
