We were not able to use the hotel as it was closed, although we confirmed our arrival! We had to look for a last minute hotel room late at night, which was not planned!

My mother and I stayed at the Addar Hotel and lovEd it! Great staff, our room was a suite with a full kitchen and living room and it is walking distance to everything.

A delightful hotel in the Arab neighborhood, not far from the old city. Very helpful staff, and wonderful bread with breakfast.

Dirty hotel with no air conditioning.
I've already contacted hotels.com customer service for a refund. For two days there was no air conditioning during a heat wave in Jerusalem. It was very hot in our room and we couldn't sleep. The hotel would not refund our money and they had a mediocre breakfast. According to the staff, the rich owner is too cheap to fix the air conditioning. This hotel needs to be closed until it gets fixed and taken off hotels.com.

no air conditioning disaster
the hotel's air conditioning went out on our last day. They wouldn't return our money and we heard from many other guests about how many other problems the hotel has that the rich but stingy owner will not fix. The hotel also has a mediocre breakfast for the price. This hotel should be closed until it gets reliable ac.
