Great hotel, not so great staff.
We loved the decor and fusrnishings there at Indigo. We had a beautiful top floor corner suite with a gorgeous river view. The problems we had were with inept staff. There was a false fire alarm that went on for 30 minutes or more. Then at 10pm someone knocked on our door wanting to know our last name and check in time. Scared us to death. The room service food was great but the delivery staff refused to take the dirty dish tray out of the room, even after we tipped $20 to each of them. The only great staff there were the valet drivers...they were amazing! All in all its a geeat hotel that needs some re-training of the staff. We would stay there again.
