The property was OK, not great. However, I was shocked at checkout when they tried to charge me again for what i had paid on Expedia months ago. Such an attempt at fraud made me question the integrity of the place. I had the receipt, but it took a long time to argue with them. I missed my airport bus due to the fraud attempt. Stay away from this place!

Check-in was not very informative: although quick, once the front desk attendant arrived; he didn't provide us with any information about the wifi or anything about city taxes having to be paid (which we already knew, but are usually told anyway). The room was clean, but the bathroom had a build-up of dust along the edges of the floor and the grout in the shower was not very clean (many spots looked black and moldy). Also, one of the lotions that were provided had obviously been used, because it was visibly 3/4 full. The front-desk attendant in the morning was much more courteous and helpful. She was very engaging with other guests as they waited or asked questions and always at the desk. The attendant in the evening was away from the desk, both times we needed assistance (plus when we tried to call from our room). Location was OK, a couple of small grocery stores close by and restaurants around the block. I'm glad it was not our first time in Vienna nor that we stayed for more than one night.

Internet is hard to use. Takes about 15 Minutes for the first log on each day. Asked for new coffee supplies daily and usually have to call to get them.

Convenient location, very quite. The gentleman that checked us in recognized us each time we approached the desk and gave us the correct room key without us asking.

Nice guy at check in! Next day asked for another room because drain in shower was clogged and did not feel comfortable in said room. The ladies at the front desk didnt want to change my room but eventually did. They were quite annoyed with me and they showed it. None the less the second room was much better! Thank you ladies! My wife liked the amenities in the bathroom, shampoo etc. Location was good! All in all nice hotel but I dont think it is a 4* hotel.
