Hyatt Regency exceeded our expectations
My husband and traveled to Pittsburgh for my brothers wedding and we stayed at The Hyatt Regency hotel at the airport the night before we flew back home. Our room was stylish, clean and very comfortable. The bathroom had everything we needed and the bed was very comfy. We had dinner at the restaurant in the lobby and the food as well as service were excellent. We will definitely stay at The Hyatt Regency again.

Handicapped stay elsewhere NO bell service!!!!
Tried to check in at 3:15pm. Had to wait for an hour- room not ready. Unbelievable, an expensive Hyatt Regency within an international airport had NO bell service!!! Did Pittsburgh airport Hyatt expect guests to have no luggage??? We are handicapped but had to hump our luggage from handicap parking to lobby to wait for an hour for our room! Blamed no bell service on Covid! That lie is wearing thin a year later. The walkway to the airport while enclosed is very long and the moving walkway was broken- of course. If you are handicapped stay elsewhere and save a ton of money.
