The staff at this location is stellar! My 8 month old daughter and I stayed here for about 2 months while we transitioned from out of state and every single employee was so welcoming, accommodating and absolutely lovely to my daughter. Cece and Billy were definitely her morning highlights. I appreciate the level of customer service and making a hotel feel like home for a short while.

The hotel could use some updating and fixing. For example, we were in an accessible room - not by necessity but because that is what was available. The shower head moved up and down for someone seated or standing. But the mechanism was a little broken so the showered would not stay in the up position. The filing was also old and outdated. But the hotel was clean and the staff friendly.

The sheets on the bed were dirty. The hotel itself was leaking....and i understand there was a snow storm prior to our stay but the parking lot had barely been rouched and my husband is handicapped and we had to walk througharound just to find am accessible path for him to use.
