Overall good value
Good size rooms recently refurbished. Comfortable bed. Refurb seems to have been done on the cheap though - bath panel and shower screen not fitted properly and the cheapest toilet seat I've ever seen! Check out seems to be a challenge - on 2 stays i have had to wait 10-15 minutes for 'system' issues or card machine faults. I haven't eaten in the hotel yet but the chef's special each day looks good value (£7.95 for a main meal and a drink) and is a change from the standard menus in hotels that dont change from week to week. Gym is small but has decent, modern equipment. I haven't tried the pool but it looks clean and modern. At between £45 and £55 per night, overall this hotel is good value for a couple of nights on business.

We stayed two nights as we were attending a local music festival, can not fault the place at all no negative feedback for any aspect of our stay. The staff were fantastic, really friendly would definitely recommend this hotel 100%.

Good location in town centre. Hotel room was nice and clean and spacious. The only negative would be although there was air conditioning the room was still a little bit stuffy warm through night. I would prefer to have opened a window for fresh air, but unfortunately there is no windows in the rooms. I would stay here again though. Great location and great price. Lovely friendly staff on reception desk.
