Great for the price
For a place to sleep it was awesome! The staff was great, friendly and knowledgeable. It's on the other side of the Islsnd from the SI ferry, but had a shuttle that would take you an pick you up from St. George terminal. (Patrick was AMAZING!!) We had a little problem with our room keys, but it was quickly resolved. The only downside was that that only have 1 elevator which at times was an issue especially when you have a lot of luggage and a big group of people.

disgusting, filthy hotel
this place was embarrassing. I booked for a trip to NYC with family from overseas. The room I had was so small and cramped. Dust everywhere. It didn't look like it had been cleaned in a month. I had to clean the dust off of everything and wash down all the tables and the bathroom. The tray with the ice bucket was set under the table between the two beds near the floor and was layered with dust and smelled. The carpet had fuzz on it. When I checked in, I asked if the rooms were the same size and the clerk said yes, but they were not. We had 509 and 501. We were 4 people crammed into 509, and the other room was bigger. Once we figured that out, everyone had already unpacked and didn't want to move. The "breakfast" was a joke. I could have eaten better at a 7-11. Donuts were stale. Coffee that was supposed to be available all day long was cold. I always try to book a Comfort Inn because with two kids, it's a bonus to have the breakfast. I have never had a problem with this chain until this hotel. It was disgusting.
