The resort is conveniently located close to anything you might need that you didn’t bring with you. It’s a very clean, secure and safe facility which I appreciate as a senior traveling alone. The property is somewhat private as no other buildings or homes are within eyesight. We were able to take family photos on the property as the ambiance was perfect for beach/vacation photos. I love having a full kitchen in my room and private boardwalk access to the beach was fabulous. All staff members were extremely friendly and helpful. My daughter lives on the island and I visit from Boerne often and stay in hotels for privacy when I’m visiting multiple nights. I would enjoy staying at Lively Beach more frequently however, the price point would need to be lower to enable frequent stays.

The room was clean, they had all the essentials for the room, and the parking was easy to access. The activities throughout the day were great. We loved that the pool was heated because the weather got chilly. We enjoyed the music and fire pit area. The boardwalk makes it easy to access the beach. The rooftop patios are perfect for sunrises and sunsets. Ultimately one of our favorite weekend getaways.
