We were very disappointed in our stay. Our room smelt like vomit and the sheets all had stains. As well the bathroom for some reason smelt like constant sewage. We also were told we would receive an upgraded room for an additional $50 and would see the CN tower. Instead, we opened our window curtain to see a big wall. Our kids were so disappointed.

Bad customer service
Bad customer service, I called from desk it always need to call like 3 times to get an answer. Next room to the guest was drunk and play music loud at 2 am call security nothing happens I deal with the noise. I had stay on cheapest hotel and Gad a better experience. I heard other complaining for the same.
