Dirty, dirty and dirty! There was a used washcloth in the shower and it was still wet. Dirt all over the floor. The pictures on the website is not how the hotel looked.

The indoor pool was closed, was supposed to have a buffet breakfast. All they had was cereal and yogurt. The phone in the hotel room that I was in was broken. The toilet seat was broken and it took about five minutes to get any type of hot water in the shower?

Warm and Dry.
the general condition of the hotel was not great, for the price. the elevator did not work. the stairways had the carpet removed and left in an unfinished state. the bed was hard. the arms on the desk chair were loose and wobbly. the TV was very slow to react. The walls must have been thin, because speaking voices could be heard from the next room. the bottom of the tub was rusty, and the stopper did not work. I would have expected these conditions from a low end motel, but at the price point, $125, it left a lot to be desired. it was warm and dry.

False advertisement
Had to take cold showers , the mini refrigerator was not working and no one was sent to fix it, the pool was empty but they were advertising a heated indoor pool, the breakfast was continental breakfast not full breakfast as advertised. This hotel was definitely not up to the Comfort Inn standards.
