WORST EXPERIENCE
I’ve never been treated the way this manager treated us. Checked in , room had a potent smell, horrible, couldn’t even breathe , it felt dirty . we looked at the sheets and there’s blood stains and unknown stains all over the sheets. We were disgusted , but decided we would just downstairs grab new sheets and did the bed ourselves. Come to find out those sheets had stains too. We washed our hands but we just couldn’t deal with the smell, it was beyond anything I’ve smelled. We asked if we could get another room or get a refund cus we couldn’t stay in that room . It was not even a 30minute stayed. He lied to us that there was no way he could give us a refund. He stated “nobody is perfect , I don’t know what you expect.” And when we asked if he would stay in a room with those conditions he stayed quiet. He then said “you have 20mins to leave but no refund.” We called hotels.com and stated it was up to the manager to give us a refund, and they called him and he refused to refund us , the only thing hotel.com could do was give us $25 coupon . The manager did not apologize and I cannot describe how rude he was. By no means were we trying to be difficult , but at the end I just couldn’t believe there’s people out there like that man. Just plain rude

Thanks for the relaxing stay
Wonderful experience! Great price and perfect placement not being right in the noisy city. Pool stays open until midnight for adults which was perfect because we got in at 10pm when pools are usually closed and was able to take a quick dip in the hot tub and take a few laps to stretch out after a long drive. I left a tip in the room for the housekeepers because I respect their hard work. Thanks very much ~Shamus Greene

Worst La Quinta
Upon arriving from an 8 hr drive, we were greeted by a rude hotel clerk who slammed whatever paper I had to sign over to me and had one side of her headphones in the entire time. Next the room was run down, stains left on sheets and furniture. The whole hotel had a weird smell as you entered. I’ve stayed at a La Quinta before but this was quite possibly the worst I’ve experienced. Tried to cancel reservations but was told by customer service that it was too late because we already checked in.
