Good Location & Price
This hotel is in the process of renovation. Most areas are complete so it’s not really an issue. There is off street parking available behind the building. The morning breakfast is delightful. A wide variety of cold and hot food is available seven days a week. We only had a few issues with our stay. One being not totally the hotels fault, but more allowing a bunch of children run amuck in the hotel and parents acting like children in the lobby area. There was a group of parents and children staying at the hotel for some type of soccer function. The children were upstairs slamming doors and screaming down the halls while the parents were in the lobby drinking, doing lap dances and blaring music. We had to call the front desk several times to have someone do something about the children. The issue was eventually handled. The only other issue we had was that there was no air conditioning in the rooms. It just so happened the days we were staying were record highs so any attempts to sleep peacefully through the night were impossible. I think the hotel should offer some type of fan in the room to alleviate the stifling heat.

Belfast disappointment
With construction going on parking was a nightmare and no signs with direction. Had to carry bags down/up several steps. Beds, shower and breakfast were good. With many apologies, disappointed for the cost paid. Would not return.

Whats not to like?
The staff were attentive, friendly and very knowledgeable about the area and the particular reason I was there. I needed to extend my room hire for a few hours and this was done with ease for a small extra fee. The room was comfortable and clean. The wifi was also very good. What more could you want really. Oh there was a bar and the breakfast did the trick not at the same time you understand

Awful area, did not feel comfortable walking with son. Upon checking in Receptionist scared the life out of me when she starts roaring at feral kids running in to lobby to help themselves to the ice machine. First impressions count..... Didn't have breakfast 2nd day either after watching croissants being thrown in server by the staff, with no gloves on??? Sofa bed was terrible. Never be back here again and I have never written a poor review for a hotel stay
