The room wasn’t the cleanest it really needed to be swept and I had to clean the shower and bath tub. The front desk has no access to extra towels or wash clothes. There was a breakfast with our stay that was supposed to start at 7 am which did not we missed the breakfast two mornings due to them not setting it up to well after 8pm. We will be finding another hotel for our next visit

Experience of living with cockroach in the room
The bed bed was good. The provided good beds and sheets. The hallway was terrible and smelly. The room has hard wood floor, it is good, no stinky smelled carpet. But there were cockroaches in the room and bathroom, and breakfast is not good

The front staff is super friendly. The room is clean. The building needs work. The carpet on the walkway smell like pee. And room 206 (mine) should not be used for customers. When the staff is doing laundry the ENTIRE BED AND ROOM VIBRATE! Not exaggerating. Don't have the staff pushing shopping carts from Big Lots to move the laundry. It looks tacky. Not in the best neighborhood
