Upscale value
Upscale hotel. Very nice pool and outdoor area. Good value for the price unless you have pets, which was a $75 up-charge for pets that cause no damage.

Very Unhappy Guest
What I did not like about my stay was to fold....First, I do not feel like I should have to use the same towels for three days because your housekeeping staff won't bring new ones. When I went to the front desk to inquire I was told I could not get clean towels unless I brought the dirty ones down to the lobby first. That is ridiculous!!! Not only was I told that but I felt he was being rude and sarcastic. Second, The people staying in the room next to mine or one more over, not sure which, were very loud late into the night and I was not able to rest. I feel like I paid good money to come to relax and have a few days just to enjoy but that did not happen

Great stay
Second stay here. First time we dealt with a fire alarm in the middle of the night. This time it was great! Clean room and great staff. Small issue with a light in our room was remedied immediately.
