Not happy John
Hotel.com failed to book with comfort inn but charged us. We had to rebook on arriving which cost us two hundred and eighty dollars more from the date we first booked with hotels.com don’t use Hotels .com on line without double checking to make sure they’ve booked the reservation with the hotel directly.
