Ok
Our room facing the street was noisy even with the windows closed...woke up several times throughout the night. No air conditioning so it would get pretty stuffy. Reception was friendly. The superior room we stayed in was very clean and had complimentary snacks and tea but its still not a very large room. .

Sleepless in Copenhagen
Our first room was a disaster. The room was hot and stuffy (no AC) and when we opened the window there was noise from the street until after midnight (There is a bar and a strip club across the street) In addition, the shower door leaked resulting in the entire bathroom being flooded. We did not get much sleep. For the subsequent 2 nights we were switched to a room that faced the inside courtyard which was better, but still was pretty stuffy. The breakfast featured scrambled eggs that had a plastic consistency. The rest of the food was tolerable.

Overpriced
Overpriced for a room the size of a closet! No phone. Paid for a "queen" size bed & got a double! Had to slam the door to get it to close.

They double charged me upon my arrival. Their ice machine had been broken for weeks. Had to request room change because they put me in an attic area they had converted. Not an overall pleasant stay

nice Hotel, breakfast wasnt included (but for arround 150 DKR you get a full buffett in the irish Restaurant that is used for the Hotel breakfast); we were lucky with the heat because Hotel doesnt have ac rooms. Close to City Center but still a quiet place to sleep.
