Ants...
There was ants in the room...my kid left oreos (in the package) on the coffee table while we were out. When we came back it was infested with ants...this was on the 2nd floor.

Good sleep, bad experience.
The staff at the hotel were very nice, but we had a major problem with our bath faucet was leaking so we asked for maintenance who showed up at 8am the next day. (We were still in bed) so, he said he'd come back around 10am he didn't show up till later in the day and after he tried to fix the faucet it just leaked all the more. Also, my Wife was coming to pick me up from my work site and was vaccosted at 10:45pm by a homeless guy who was tapping on her car window although we spoke to the staff and they knew this guy who was not known to be violent it still frightened her and I was pretty ticked off when I heard. This hotel is a product of the environment around this area of Greensboro. The mayor needs to get off her Duff Ahmed clean up the area, and the hotel really needs a serious makeover. Other than that the sheets were clean the bed was nice.

Check-in was fine. Building is old; looks like they only redid the lobby. Carpet smelled of mold/musty. Felt like I was going to fall thru bathroom tub. Middle of the night we started seeing roaches. Remodel is definitely needed. And pest control.

Friendly staff could not make up for the poor condition of the property. I was awakened in the middle of the night by a large flying insect crawling on me. There was a pervasive smell of marijuana in the hallway.
