It was difficult to regulate room temperatures, there were not enough towels, the sheets felt like sandpaper, the exercise room had no cooling fans for cardio machines, the pool is way too small for such a large hotel. The staff was very helpful and friendly, particularly the Hispanic and Phillipino staff members. It would be very nice to have a continental breakfast area. The hotel was extremely clean and beautiful!

This hotel has the feel of staying in a condo type of property but has the added amenities of a hotel if and when you need. This is our second time here and we loved it! The suites are well equipped for a long weekend stay (or longer stay if you prefer), and the rooms were well-maintained and in great condition! Highly recommend. Amazing hotel! We were put in a brand new 2bd room, everything was spotless and it was amazing to have the apartment-style space. The full kitchen + in room washer/dryer would be so useful for a longer stay. Also shout out to the shuttle system, which was super easy to use and great drivers!
