In the progress of remodeling was the excuse.
Our stay started off on a bad note, my son fell hard in the lobby appeared a dog left it’s mark in the lobby and person behind counter didn’t even care, literally sat there. Thankfully another worker possible manager came out and wiped it up preventing anyone else from falling. The coach pillow was ripped and the table was barely standing in the room as it’s leg was almost fully detached. The counter person didn’t care, when reported it, as we did not want to be billed for damaged. Elevator was down on morning, needed to carry bags that weighed 42 pounds down the flights of stairs as were in town for bowling tournament.

I love the lay out of the suites. Spacious. affordable two bedroom stay. mattresses are cheap-new, but springs coming through due to lack of padding. upholstered sofa sleeper-mattress great but sofa and stool filthy and in need of repair. I have stayed in several of your facilities without complaint. this one needs some work.

The property was going through a remodel. It was very disruptive. Safety issues presented when a fire alarm went off. No elevator of course and the stairs were blocked. A really disappointing stay during a difficult time as we were there for my mother’s funeral.

We were very disappointed with our stay. There were no towels or hand soap in the room, when we asked for some we were told they would have to hunt down some soap and they were washing all of the towels. We never got our towels after hours of waiting. The pool was disgusting. Full of dirt and hair and it was probably 50°. There were also unsupervised teenagers swimming in the pool in their underwear. Since we have little kids we had to leave the pool immediately which we couldn’t swim in anyways because of how cold and dirty it was. Not worth what we had to pay for a room.

Room was not ready even though we checked in at 4:30 and check in was 3pm. Staff was apologetic and kind but offered nothing in apology. Good staff here and room is nice but it would be nice to know hotel is under remodeling.
