Well, I was a little suprised to see when I got there they had no idea I was coming...I had to pull out my confirmation to prove to them I had a reservation..?? Even after that they had no idea I was coming, very fortunate they could get a room for us..?

Decent place to stay in Pullman
This was my 2nd stay here, the last time was a couple years ago. We were in a King room on the 3rd level. We were able to check in a little early and was given a choice of floors. I love the decor with all the old WSU memorabilia and framed news articles. It is an older hotel and it shows its age in various ways. Our room felt unimpressive and sort of tacky. We had a microwave that looked ancient and a small fridge what was just stuck in the corner of the room. No cabinet? So weird. The TV had cable but the variety of channels was not great and the remote was sort-of delayed, couldn't seem to get the channels to change without double pressing it each time. I slept fine, my husband thought the bed was much too hard and had a stiff back after the 2nd night. The bathroom was OK, we were only given 3 bath towels, an odd amount, I would have expected 4. The vanity/sink is separate from the toilet and shower, which I liked. The closet area was just open, no door to close it off. Overall the room was nice sized and also had a table and chairs. They have very prompt maid service, they arrived too soon for us, but they were very accommodating and friendly. The free breakfast had a nice variety, we arrived pretty late to it so I think all the yogurts were gone and not much for a fresh fruit selection. Pretty much standard fare, but a beautiful area to eat with a fabulous view. Also, pretty quiet location off the highway and next to a cemetery.

Rooms were great and spacious and clean. I have a bad back and they bed was very uncomfortable, but would probably be fine for those who don't have back problems.

No breakfast service as advertised.
Hotel was clean, comfortable and front desk staff was extremely nice. Not being able to have breakfast the next morning because the cook said they weren't putting out any more food 15 minutes before the breakfast was to end was extremely disappointing. If you say breakfast is served until 9 am then don't stopping serving at 8:45.

Nice rooms not enough coffee
We enjoyed our stay, the staff was friendly, room was clean and bed was comfy. They have a restaurant and lounge so that was a plus but they should have more coffee available to customers in the morning. Although they have continental breakfast, it wasn't available on time due to the cook not showing up and only had one coffee pot for all the people waiting. We waited 20 minutes for a cup of coffee. They need a backup plan for food like fruit and bagels. And definitely MORE COFFEE POTS. we will likely stay here again though.
