Very Good8.0
The remote control was missing its back and the batteries were taped in. Otherwise, everything else was in good condition. Dissappointed pool wasn’t in working condition during the summer months.

Out of town for work
Got in late after driving from sea/tac. The staff got me checked in super fast, the room was large and the beg was really comfortable. Next trip out there I will stay there again.

Can I person just have some quiet at night?
I had stayed in The Hilltop a number of times. Thia is the first time my stay was an unpleasant stay. All was good except that after I went to bed and was sleeping, I was awakened by the noise of the television in the adjoining room at about midnight. I phoned the front desk and told them my room and my problem. They said they would call that room. When nothing changed, I phoned them again. They said they had called room 333. I said that I had told them I was on the second floor in room 235. The clerk then said that he would come up and listen. Nothing changed so I called him again. He said he checked and heard no noise. I told him something needed to be done or I would leave and expect a refund. I invited him to listen from my room and he finally did and heard the noise. He addressed the problem to the other guest but still the noise persisted. When I had all of my things in hand at the front desk to check out, I was finally given another room. This took about an hour and left me with the firm belief that I would never stay there again.

Loved It!
Love it. Clean, quiet, updated and very comfortable. Nice view of the WSU campus. Great location, sits on top of the hill away from everything yet only a minute to town.
