EH all cant be good.
This was aN awful experience. The hotel is under construction. my whole stay I did not have a room key because the door wouldn't accept any. Each time I left I had to go to the front desk and wait till someone was available to let me in. They tried to move me and the new room had the same issue. I think it would be a good idea for Hotels.com to possible check With the hotel and check out the status ie. renovation new management, etc because i wouldn't not have stayed if this was known.

Not enough parking. They defrosted the refrigerator and there was water all over the floor when we checked in. They never sent anyone to clean up.

Keep driving!!!
Horrible! "Non-smoking" room reeked of smoke. Room was dirty, no towels or toiletries. Advertised as a studio with kitchen but not a single cup, dish, utensil in site. Severely understaffed, slow. Won't ever stay there again!!!

I wouldn't extend my stay if someone payed me
I made my reservation through Hotels.com. I received my email confirmation, assuring me my room had been payed for and was guaranteed. When I arrived to the hotel, they informed me that they actually had no vacancy. How could Hotels.com let me book a reservation, then? I got on the phone with a Hotels.com representative. Finally, after about 2 hours of being given the run around after my boyfriend and I had just come off the road from driving all day and just wanted a place to lay down, the representative put me on hold and got on the phone with the woman working at Extended Stay. It was taking longer than I felt it should have for Hotels.com to figure out what was going on and to find me a room somewhere else, so I went back into the lobby to see what was going on. That's when the woman behind the desk let me know that they did have a room after all, and they were finally going to help me. So an opening just magically appeared out of thin air? Sounds to me like they wanted to charge a higher rate than Hotels.com was going to for that room. As if that wasn't awful enough service from a hotel, my boyfriend and I woke up to men working on painting the frames around the doors at around 8:30 in the morning, shouting down the hallway at each other in Spanish, and I swear, blasting mariachi music. It was absolutely the worst, most inconsiderate hotel stay of my life.
