About Junipine Resort, Sedona

Cozy forest retreat near Slide Rock State Park

Drive to the Grand Canyon

Luxury villas at the Junipine resort are clustered in the forest and around a bend of Oak Creek, 15 minutes outside the town of Sedona. You can mix in a must-see with your get-away-from-it-all; it's only a 2-hour drive to the Grand Canyon.

Year-round outdoor fun

There's no shortage of family-friendly outdoor activities, no matter the season. In the summer, guests can fish or hike the trails that criss-cross the property, and in the winter, there's skiing and sledding at Arizona Snow Bowl, an hour's drive north.

Villas with free parking

Tucked away in a forested area, these spacious villas offer a private getaway. Once you park and settle in, the only time you'll see anyone else is at the DVD library, over dinner or a local microbrew at The Table restaurant, or during the free daily firewood delivery.

Cozy and secluded

With a fully furnished kitchen, you'll be sure to eat well, while fireplaces, DVD players, and triple-sheeted bedding guarantee cozy evenings. All villas have private patios with privacy screens and views of the creek or forest, and some have their own deep hot tubs.

Pleasant and romantic stay!
This resort was an excellent location. It backed to Oak Creek and there is a trailhead on site. We stayed on the days that the restaurant was closed but we knew that before getting there. The front desk staff were super helpful and provided excellent customer service. You get a good amount of free firewood per night that you stay and the kitchen is fully stocked of any housewares you may need. The only thing I felt was a little silly is that they lock the second bedroom unless you pay extra. I didn’t know this before arriving. We didn’t need it but it’s a little odd since we’re occupying the cabin anyway. I would recommend this resort! Just make sure you eat early dinner if you stay in Sedona..the town closes down early and no one delivers to the cabins along the creek.
