Nice place to stay / U of M campus
We really enjoyed this place. It had a student/ campus vibe, but my wife and I are not that far removed from college life. The room was big and clean, bed was comfortable. Two small cons were the bathroom was very tight, and there were saloon style doors, not exactly private. Also, the parking was valet only, $30 per night. Short walk to theatres, dining, coffee shops (downtown Ann Arbor), and you are basically surrounded by the U of M downtown campus. We will be back!

Great location and a great experience
It was my second time staying at the Graduate. Room is good size, clean with a comfortable bed. Service was fantastic. Definitely will stay there again.

Would stay again
Nice hotel, convenient location. The University club style of decoration makes the rooms dark (dark wallpaper etc) but overall a good stay. Fo a 4-star hotel, I appreciate things like free coffee in the lobby in the morning, and this hotel offers a pay-for-it small coffee and breakfast bar which is convenient, but I did feel a little "nickel-and-dimed".

Poor 2.0
Horrible
My room had a roach in it. So they gave me another room that was just as dirty coffee in the sink trash on floor. I paid a 150 and didnt stay there and got no refund. Worst expercience ever.

Beware Before Booking.
It was not mentioned ANYWHERE on this site when booking that there is no parking so I was forced to drag a newborn, a handicapped person and our luggage from the parking garage a block away then do the same daily when we needed the car which cost an additional $20/day to park OR pay their $30 valet fee was the only other option. The room itself was unimpressive for the price especially when you add parking fees to the room rate and the crazy taxes. The bathroom door had about an inch gap in it for NO privacy. Floor was sticky. Staff was rude when asked about parking. We will NOT be back. Tight fit to navigate around the hotel.
