Very Good 8.0
In town for the weekend. The hotel is in a great location and close to many great restaurants and bars. The bed was amazingly comfortable!! Only complaint was the floors were thin so we could hear every footstep of the people upstairs, also someone had an attempted robbery and there was lingering pepper spray in the lobby and elevator.

Weekend in the City
The hotel stay was wonderful, but the bar in the lobby of the hotel was so loud we couldn't hear the front desk clerk at check in. The music on Friday & Saturday night was so loud in our room that we called to complain at 1:00am. Really sad - because it's a nice boutique hotel, but will never stay here again.

Loved The Sentinel
The location can't be beat. There is good coffee and dining walking distance. The hotel was very nice and comfy. Staff was great too!

Beautiful terrace room
The hotel was lovely in a beautiful old building. We had 2 maintenance issues and they were solved promptly within about 5 minutes of calling! The Room at the End of the Hall was nice but feel they could have restocked a bit more often and add bottled plain water. We also thought it would be nice if they had a wine social and a few nibbles in the early evening but they did not. Upon check out, we found out that they had a happy hour in the lobby between 5 and 6 . We were not told about that when we checked in. Rather disappointing.
