Should be called “Close Quaters”
Great location, but after checking in we discovered why it’s called “Club Quaters” (or Close Quarters) the room, is literally a quarter of a typical hotel room. The room measured @ 7”15. We also booked & paid for a queen bed and got a full bed instead. Shower had no real water barrier, water would run out and go on the floor. Staff was nice. Helpful and polite. When we questioned about the size of the rooms, we were told they have 4 sizes....

Location is good but never again will I stay here
There was hair from the prior guest all over the shower. The shower drain was clogged with a large plastic tie from a clothing garment from the prior guest. The room is meant for a handicapped person and did not have a surrounding bathtub or enclosure (which is fine). The issue, however, is that the entire bathroom floor would flood, and I had to push water over the tile lip back into the shower area to drain. I was given two towels in which to shower plus a small towel as a bathmat, and all of them had to be used from allowing the water from soaking into the carpet for the room. The morning I checked out, the front desk hostess was pushy for me to give back my room keys, for which I explained to her that I preferred to shred them on my own. (Even if it is a myth that credit card info is not stored on a room key, I would prefer to shred them). She gave me attitude and pushback that these room key cards are very expensive and I needed to return them. In all of my hotel stays all around the world, I have never had push back for not wanting to return a room key. Moreover if I am spending $400 a night for 180 square foot room that floods when a shower is taken, I do not care to hear how expensive a piece of plastic is. I will never stay here again, even if the surrounding hotels are double the price. I imagine my experience would have been different had my room not flooded and I was able to take a decent shower, but that was not the case.

Great location
Small room, but for the price ok. Get a room facing part or 17th st. First had room facing adjacent building and was awful.
