Ok, but don't expect much.
Good price for a one-night stay in the middle of town. No-frills hotel. Had to pay $2 per piece of luggage to be kept for a couple of hours at another place across the street.

Will Stay Again
While a bit spartan, it is clean and convenient. The facilities are very much affordable and worth the rate. Easy walk to good restaurants and shopping.

Dissapointed with the night employee staff!!!
Arrived as first time customer from SFO at this hotel late and tired! This staff, either his name was John or Jack, didn’t bother to say hi or hello, it was a very short and brief contact..didn’t bother to explain about our room not having a bathroom or how shared bathroom works, I had to call him and asked about it. Then the room have a TV that we can’t even use coz theres no remote control around to find, so I told this John or Jack about it, and his reply was just a blank face like “yes, and I don’t care” look coz he didn’t bother to make an effort to help us about the tv. The remote control only showed up after I complained the next morning to this very helpful day staff, Priscilla. She was apologetic about my experiece the night before and gave us discount. Last thing, I thought when I arrived the first time that the night staff John or Jack or whatever was the owner coz of his demeaning look and attitude but he wasn’t and I hope the real owner is a better person and a human who knows how to treat a customer day or night.

Never again
I booked this hotel for a business trip because of location and rates. This hotel has that going for it. The mattress is also passable (but the pillows are terrible). Besides that, I feel like I am in a hostel. The pictures on the website must show the high end rooms, because mine looks nothing like what they advertise. The floors in the room are not level...I feel like I am walking through a funhouse, and the bathroom is the worst for that. It has a huge dip in the floor because of a drain in the middle of the room. The electrical sockets in the bathroom don’t work, so I had to plug the hair dryer into a socket next to the bed with no way to look at a mirror. There is a dorm fridge in the room for anything you want to keep cold. The paper they give you on check has a section that lets you know how to operate the fan in your room. There is no fan...which means no circulating air. I had to open the window to the outside, which also has no screen. The tub had some brown streak marks in it when i arrived...the mirror in the bathroom is rusted and cracked in multiple places. Did I sleep? Yes. Could I have slept for a better value and experience somewhere else? Yes. The rooms advertised on their website have cute mirrors and colored walls. This room is stark. I travel to SF for work often. I will never stay here again.

Extremely overpriced hostel
I was shocked that I was not advised by Hotels.com that the room selected did not have a toilet or shower in the room. I could have had the same amenities at a hostel for a fraction of the cost.
