    Pool closed
We came down for a family trip with the main reason for staying here was to use the pool. We get here, got to check in early which was lovely, but the pool was closed. Our 6 year old was so upset. We had even called day before to make sure we were good to go.

    Gross Bedding!
The check in was great and the location was amazing. Our family took a trip out to Seattle for a race and we could not have asked for a better location. The problem I had was with the cleanliness of our room particularly our bedding. We got in late, checked in and showered went to bed early for our race the next morning. We woke up and discovered the mattress pad that was on our bed covered by a thin flat sheet was so stained and dirty. I was shocked and honestly disgusted. I showed the staff and they offered me half off of my stay. I am more concerned with the standard and upkeep. Check your bedding people!

    Theater weekend
We chose to stay at the Westin for its location to the Paramount Theater. The room was comfortable and the service was wonderful. It is close to the convention center, Westlake center and of course the paramount. We will return for another visit.

Excellent race base, 5-minute walk to monorail. Only wish access to free coffee was available after 6:30 am.

An overpriced but conveniently located property
This is a conveniently located but overpriced hotel in downtown Seattle. The parking fee of $50 per day is outrageous.

My overall experience was very pleasant and I plan to stay at this hotel during my future visits to Seattle. However, the room overall condition was a bit worn out. Thank you 🙏

Good location. Very nice hotel. Great service. But the walls are so thin we could hear every conversation our neighbors were having. Since they stayed up late and woke up early, we didn’t sleep well.

    Poor 2.0
    Sleepless in Seattle
Upon arrival I was not given the room type I booked which was a King bed with a partial view. When I got to my room it had two double beds and overlooked a rooftop of air conditioning units that hummed loudly. When I called and requested my room type that I booked and paid extra for I got no apology. They then moved me to a room with a queen size fold out Murphy bed which was very uncomfortable. Again no apology and no compensation after I paid extra for the king room with a partial view. The bathroom tub and floor were stained and had hair in the tub. There was a partial view in the second room with the fold out Murphy bed but it was a tired and worn room. Drapes were torn or had holes in places and carpet was worn. Not the Westin experience I usually have. I would not stay here If you expect cleanliness, courtesy and to get the room you pay for.
