The Swan is our gold standard for Walt Disney World on property experiences and is our go-to resort

the stay was great until I got the bill from the Swan....I already paid for my stay back in january over $1400 through Hotels.com...Then I received a PDF stating that Swan also charged me for the room. I called the Swan and they stated that I was charged through Expedia and that's what I owed... I need to discuss this with someone b/c I have been charged twice for my stay at the Swan

We did a weekend trip to the Swan Resort. It is a beautiful resort and honestly we could of just stayed at the hotel the entire time and been happy. I think though to charge both a hotel fee and a parking fee that are both daily, is excessive. Do one or the other and include one of them in the original price but I do not think we would return because for one night stay it was an additional 73 bucks roughly which we knew going in but still hurts to see when leaving. Recommend for people who have money to burn.

Everything was so nice and quiet - a peaceful way to end your day at a disney park. Note: The disney buses to MK do NOT stop at MK, but at the ticket and transportation center. Good to know when you are coming to and from MK. The walks to Epcot and Disney Studios were easy! I would definitely stay again. My shower did not drain well, but it didn't bother me enough to call. I am sure they would have fixed it.

The stay was wonderful. You cannot beat the location of the Swan; you can hop a boat or simply walk to either EPCOT or to Hollywood Studios. Special thanks to Jaime at the front desk who did a great job working with me to find the perfect room with a balcony so we could watch the fireworks each night.

We didn’t care for Swan Charged another $76.00 after paying $300 for one night. Not worth it .. my son bought us coffee and breakfast sandwiches 3 adults and a toddler $81.00 .. the bus to magic kingdom was a city bus terrible crammed in the bus .. oh yes water taxi took forever.. packed we jumped ship and walked back .. we stayed at Universal Dockside and Animal Kingdom and didn’t pay as much for food parking etc … walked a half a mile to get to Epcot. no luggage carts because of insurance reasons they had to bring the luggage up .. the pictures are deceiving.. the Swan has a small pool on the side .. beach with water. You can’t swim and warning signs about wildlife. God knows what was in the water .. False advertising the pictures don’t match hotel .. paint chipping in bath tub . Pictures are definitely for the Dolphin.. it was to good to be true. By the time we were nickel and dimed, we could have stayed at a real Disney resort and not a fake one that isn’t at all connected to Disney.. they charged 32 to park x 2 we stayed one night plus a $35.00 resort fee - give me a break then held $100.00 for a week on my credit card too.. oh yes didn’t get a slip for luggage then had to go look for it and yes I gave a $20 tip..

The 1st surprise was the ambiguity about self parking. Then you find out that it costs $32 per night on top of a very expensive room rate. Secondly, check-in was terrible. Not enough staff and each person took far too long to check in. The room itself was furnished with old looking furnishings and the work area was terrible with a tiny desk in a corner and terrible lighting. Finally, despite not having checked out, a knock on the door woke us up in the morning and we had to tell the service person that we were still in the room.

For the price of the hotel it seemed ridiculous to have to pay an additional $32 a night for parking. And we were not offered or aware of any other parking options. We were also charged the $200 fee for incidentals and we’re not issued the refund for 10 days.
