Where are the towels?
I've stayed in NYC dozens of times on business and pleasure and I'm used to the occasional small room. I booked a queen size so I was naturally disappointed when I saw my room only had a full size bed. I was also disappointed to see there were no towels. The front desk assured me that towels were on the way and that my bed was as big as they had. The next morning–still no towels so I called twice was finally told by one of the staff that I found on my floor that there was a problem with their towel service. The towels did finally arrived after I had drip dried to get ready for my first meeting. Bottom line, the staff was friendly and the location was ideal but this was not what I would characterize as a 4.5 star hotel. Plenty of better options in a city where good customer service is the norm not the exception.
