Good small Hotel
The reception was great. The room was clean but very small. The beds comfortable, towel quality good. We stayed in the back of the Hotel, which was nice, we did not hear the street noise. For small room service requests, slow or one time no show. Hotel amenities can be improved, like it would be nice to have a coffee pot in the room. The computer room has only one computer and very small. You have to wait your turn to use it.

Nice Small Hotel
This is a nice small hotel. There are two small bars and a cafe. It is located in an area permitting walking to shopping and to theaters. The only downside is the gym room. The equipment was quite old and the room very small.

Home away from home
The Iroquois remains my home away from home in NYC. The whole place is very nicely appointed in many subtle ways that make a difference in how one feels there. The staff is very professional and genuinely interested in service and cordial. The rooms are comfortable and quiet. Some of the rooms are small, but I find I just don't care about that; they have everything I need and are beautifully maintained. Excellent bar, fine restaurant, and good location for Broadway, museums, NYPL (which is a treasure -- check it out), and Lincoln Center, but a 20 - 30 block walk doesn't bother me, so take that with a grain of salt. I simply like the Iroquois; it's the kind of place you want to find in any city to which you travel.

Loved it!
The Iroquois was a wonderful hotel and very conveniently located. Even through it's very close to Times Square and on a relatively busy street, the room was very quiet. The staff was incredibly helpful and informative.
