Nice, but wifi ruined it for me
Wifi was the big issue during my three night stay. It's free in the lobby and the paid version is 5 pounds a night. Not very high speed and had to complain the first night about not working. It's some outside service so the front desk had very little it could do. Next time I'll be checking reviews on Wifi service. If you need it for business like it did, don't trust it here. Lots of nice restaurants in the area and close to Paddington Station.

Like living in an old apartment in the city
Great location, within 20 minutes walk to most of the royal palace and museums. Room is nice and clean. And breakfast was good. Now the bad. Unfortunately for my single room, the shower stall is only a little bigger than the size of a phone booth. So, if you are more than 160lb, book a bigger room. Other issue I had was the rattling noise from the window every time a large vehicle driving by would cause. You can also hear other people talking on the street. My room was facing the street, so maybe that contribute to all the noise issues. Also be aware that a/c and WiFi are extra charge.

All about our stay was good except our visit was the during an unseasonably hot May and the AC wasn't turned on the first night and our room was an oven. After us asking several times the AC was turned on the second night and the room was good the rest of our stay. Also the breakfast was minimal for the price.

The room was SMALL. The double bed barely accommodated two people and we are not fat. The bathroom was 30 inches wide so not much moving around in there. The room was very clean but if you are uncomfortable in small spaces, this is not the place for you. After an initial inquiry by two from desk people as to if we were in the right place, they were rather pleasant. On the plus side it was only two blocks from Paddington Station

Not a good choice and would never stqy there again
Service was terrible. We asked for an extra pillow and TV would not work. Front desk said that they would be right up and never showed. A/C in room and Front Desk would not turn on. Very warm in room and window would only open up a few inches.
