Sad to see you allow people to smoke almost anywhere.

Loved that they offer a much later checkout for a very minimal charge. Was such an awesome service, especially in Vegas where you tend to stay out REALLY late!

Hotel was good for the price HOWEVER, when we returned to our room - fire department was putting out a fire in the room next to ours - we had to be re- routed because of water to get to our room and step through water. Had to listen to vacuum pumping water and couldn't sleep. Called front desk and they indicated we just need to close our door... Water had also came into a bedroom on the rug. Very disappointed in hotel that they couldn't move us to another room....

Terrible food, high price, choking smoke filled air
All never stay here again. Air was so filled with cigarette and cigar smoke it literally made our throats irritated. Food was over priced and terrible. Room was clean but all other parts of hotel were marginally clean to filthy. Huge construction was an unpleasant surprise as was the fact that the pools were all closed except one small one. Overall very disappointed. We should have stayed somewhere else. There are better places at half the price. Easily the worst part of our trip. Won't recommend and won't come back. Total rip off to charge one of the highest resort fees and have 4 of the 5 pools closed - and of course they don't draw attention to that when you're booking. If we could get our money back we would. We're bitter about the poor performance. Most of our clothes smell from just walking through the casino a couple of times.

Terrible Choice
I use to live in Vegas and never stayed on the strip. This was my first time and I was extremely disappointed. First, we were suppose to have a moutain view room, we open the curtains and all we can see is a wall. In order to see the mountains you had to open the window stick your head out and look all the way to the right. Next, the AC did not work, we called the front desk and they sent someone up, after he looked at it he said it was blowing cool and would be much better. All four of us literally woke up in a sweat, it was worse. Also, there's no coffee pot in the room, and room arrive coffee takes 45 minutes to get there. Our bathroom door didn't lock, and we made the reservation for 4 people and there were only two bath towels in the room. We asked which pool to go to and we were given directions to Revo. Hotel guest could not enter through the hotel, we had to walk outside to the parking garage to enter, then they wouldn't let us in because we had a selfie stick because it could be a weapon. We finally got in to the pool and a round of drinks was $75 for two margaritas and a beer. It was awful, the pool wasn't even that great. Overall, there was terrible customer service, it was way overpriced, and there are way too many choices for them to be that bad. I would never stay here again, especially since it's not even on the strip.
