Awesome service throughout. My husband and I had breakfast at Mr. Lucky's restaurant and the best service ever. We enjoyed our stay at the HRH and plan to return.

    Very Good8.0
We were charged resort fees upon check in but we did not manage to use any of the facilities as we arrived at 5:00pm and checked out the day at noon. The last shuttle bus service finished at 5:00 pm and we did not even manage to use the swimming pools. The main entrance was jammed with traffic which makes it impossible for us to unload our luggage. It was a bit difficult to find the parking lot entrance too. The room we were checked in was located in a building which was situated at the far end of the resort and we have to tag our luggage across the resort lobby which is quite a walk when you have luggage and the floor is carpeted. There is no complimentary slippers and bottled water. The refrigerator is locked and we could not keep our stuff that needs to be stored cold. Other than that, the hotel is quite good in facilities and comfortable.

Best Comfortable Bed I ever slept in !!
The bed in this hotel is absolutely AMAZING! I wish I knew what kind of mattress it was! The service was terrific! My room had a loose toilet seat. It took me 10 mins to walk to the service desk. By the time it took me to walk to my room, the guy was walking out of my room and it was fixed. There is very little I can say bad about this hotel. WiFi was very fast. Some hotels in Vegas don’t have WiFi in the rooms so I don’t stay at those. The things Hard Rock could improve on is REMOVE the resort fees! You get enough from the cost of the room! Why are you adding a $50 PER DAY deposit? If a guest damaged the room or takes things from the room, change them like every other hotel! If I stayed here a week, that is $350 I have free for my vacation. Even though I got my $100 back , I did not like my money being tied up for no reason. I could have spent more money at the casino. I also did not like the trey with expensive snacks that if I picked one up for 30 seconds I would have been charged $9 or more. If I wanted hotel snacks I could go to the convince store on ground level. I also think the liquor should be taken out of the room when you are traveling with persons under 21. Overall I would stay here again I just wish Hard Rock would address these issues!
