    The servce signing was good however the door to my room looked as though someone had gard it open cause the was a big gap between the door an door jam it self. An the mangement didnt offer me another room so i felt unsafe in the room. Also there was a smell of weed when you open the door to the room as well as a strong stinch coming form the bath room.

    Booked in advance said I would pay at property got there and my rooms was given away to someone else and they were sold out so I had to drive around all night trying to find a place to sleep but everything was booked…The lady at the front had a nasty attitude

    No Balcony

    I booked this hotel for a weekend trip. Upon arrival the system was down making the check in process longer than necessary. Once we got to the room, we tried opening the balcony door only to be told that they were no longer in use! This was literally one of the only reasons we booked at this hotel. They also will not give you extra towels if it’s late. Other than that this hotel is nice for the price.

    Front desk staff were nice. Poor wifi connectivity (no problems at other properties I stayed at in the same week). Bathroom smelled of sewage. Poor sound insulation in room- shared wall with elevator and heard the door chimes on my floor and floor below over the white noise of AC constantly.
