Had a great stay. Close proximity to casinos & the boardwalk. Great service. Would go back there again.

Lack of bed and staff
I booked a room with King bed, placing 3 people in it (2 adults and 1 child - 9 yr old). The features stated "sleeps 4, up to 2 children". When I got into the room, there was only the one King bed. How can 1 king bed sleep 4? Usually with those features I was expecting a sofa bed or something. I tried to call front desk twice, and nobody answered. So the three of us had to sleep on the King bed with a lot less space for each one of us. I also tried to adjust the thermostat and even though I placed it to 74 degrees, it still felt like 50 the whole night. In the morning, I asked for another towel since I had to wash my hair, I like using two, and there was only 3 towels in the bathroom. The whole morning no one came for the extra towel. On top of that, the pool was dingy, and very few towels in the pool area. I paid almost $200 for that one night stay and I felt it was not worth it at all. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone. Not for the price they charge customers. The only nice thing is that it's on the boardwalk and close to a lot of places there. Other than that, I was extremely disappointed, and I have been booking a lot of hotels, this was definitely something I did not think worth the money I paid for.

Overall it is a nice place. The beds are uncomfortable due to them being very broken down and the elevators took way to long but clean and nicely located to everything

The stay was pretty good, bed was comfortable and hotel is close to boardwalk. However, there was a HUGE cockroach in the swimming pool area. The lady folding the towels was afraid of it, she called maintenance. By the time they got there, we had it trapped under a cup. The maintenance guy was just gonna throw it in the trash, we were like "hey, it's just gonna crawl back out" Lol...He ended up stomping it! It was so gross. The rooftop area was nice, but the sofa furniture pads had little bugs that bite. It's like no one ever thought to clean those things. We ate inside, food was good and waitress was nice. She was the only waitress for the entire deck, which made service slow, but she had an amazing spirit.
