Wouldn't recommend
The service was horrid. Check in was late and staff was rude. Room was not clean. There was a wet washcloth on the floor when we entered the room.

NO GYM COLD SHOWER
They show a picture of a gym on there website. When I asked about it I was told corporate lied. There is no gym. Someday they plan to build one. Also I had a cold shower.

just fine
After the stress of a car breakdown we were pleasantly surprised to get upgraded to a suit. We were able to leave our luggage behind the counter as we waited for the car to get fixed and enjoyed wonderful conversation in the lobby. We were also able to walk around the downtown area. The breakfast place beside the hotel was still open and was good food. The hotel breakfast was also great.

Glen wood Stay
The associates were great and willing to help. Communication was poor. I specified that housekeeping not deodorize the room due to my wife's severe allergies. (EPI Pen). On the second day the room was heavily deodorized, my wife started coughing severely. We had to change rooms and was not offered assistance during the relocation. The pool area is in dire need of attention. The water was murky and the water was quite warm. The concrete is chipped, a tripping hazard and possibly an injury hazard.(cut feet) The hot tub was emptied and no warning signs posted nor the the area secured. No cover. Making this an attraction for small children or a trip hazard for an intoxicated guest. The continental breakfast was great, the rooms were very clean, along with the linen and towels. the floors were vacuumed and the tile floors appeared to be mopped. I did not locate any mold in the tubs or main bathroom. My hat is off to House Keeping (Great Job). The hourly associates were working hard and maintained a professional attitude.Yes I would stay again. We had to leave one day early and was not charged for the third day.

They were having computer issues when I arrived and didn't have my reservation ready. When I did get to my room it was very warm and the ac unit was small and took 2 hours too cool the room. not enough outlets to plug in my devices. Towels were VERY small. Connecting to the Wi-Fi was also a bit tedious. I went down to the pool, it's a tiny kiddies pool.
