The front desk gives conflicting info about parking. We paid for both valet and self parking. We had my nephew meet us for dinner and we asked where he could park he was told he could park in the self parking and as long as he was not staying overnight he wouldnt be charged.Before we left we called front desk to make sure and was told the same. He came back to the vehicle around 8 o clock and there was already a ticket placed on the car. We went to front desk and then they said something completely different stating they needed to park in a parking garage and who told us that info.it took 2 days for that ticket to be resolved. Then they charged me for $292 when i didnt even check out yet.i already was charged 100 for deposit. Wasnt able to speak to manager until after i checked out he said they charged me in error and it took 5 days to go back into my account. The hotel was nice and clean which is why i came back but after all of this confusion and lack of accountability i will not be coming back.
